Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2025

iVALT, Inc. (“iVALT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. This policy applies to all information collected through our website at ivalt.com and any related services, forms, or communications.

1

Information We Collect

Contact and Registration Information

When you submit a contact form, request an assessment, register for a webinar, or download a resource, we collect:

  • Full name
  • Business email address
  • Company name and size
  • Job title and department
  • Phone number (when provided)

Usage and Analytics Data

We use industry-standard analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our website. This includes:

  • Pages viewed, time on site, and navigation paths
  • Device type, browser, and operating system
  • Approximate geographic location (country/region level)
  • UTM parameters and referral sources to understand traffic origins
  • Conversion events such as form submissions and resource downloads

Analytics are collected via Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). IP addresses are anonymized prior to storage.

Facial Biometric Data (Mobile Authentication)

The iVALT platform uses mobile biometric authentication as part of its Human Authority Assurance technology. When a user enrolls in iVALT’s mobile authentication:

  • Facial biometric data is captured and encoded on the user's device
  • Encoded biometric representations are stored locally on the device — not transmitted to iVALT servers
  • Verification occurs via a cryptographic challenge-response model
  • Raw facial imagery is not retained after the encoding process

This on-device architecture is a core element of iVALT’s patent-protected approach to privacy-preserving identity verification.
